Do you take insurance?

Yes, clients may opt to use insurance  on all clinical services. All coaching/mentorship services are only cash pay/private pay.
For others, Superbills for reimbursement may be available.

 Is psychiatry only for “serious” problems?

Not at all.
Many people seek help simply because life feels heavy, confusing, stressful, or overwhelming.

 Will I be judged for needing support?

Absolutely not.
Needing support means you’re human — not weak.

 Will faith be forced in my sessions?

Never.
Faith integration only happens if you request it.

 Is telehealth secure?

Yes. All sessions follow HIPAA standards for privacy and confidentiality.

 Do you prescribe medication?

Yes, when clinically appropriate.

 Is telehealth really effective?

Yes. Many people feel more comfortable opening up from their own space at home.

 What if I don’t know what’s wrong with me?

That’s okay.
Most people don’t.
We figure it out together — gently and without pressure.

 What conditions do you treat?

Anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, bipolar, trauma-related symptoms, burnout, emotional dysregulation, and more.

 What’s your cancellation policy?

We maintain a 24-hour cancellation window.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

 How long are appointments?

Initial evaluations: 60 -90 minutes
Follow-ups: 20–45 minutes depending on clinical need

 Is ERPAW an emergency Service?

 No. ERPAW is not an emergency service.
